New York based iMovee Corporation has added to its armoury of cine goggles with the launch of the AIBO - and no, it has nothing to do with Sony's robot dog, RIP.

iMovee is calling AIBO the 'ultimate mobile TV' - super sleek and robotic in design and specifically targeting mobile TV and in-flight entertainment. The AIBO delivers an equivalent 80in screen to the wearer, employing Kopin's cyber display chip along with advanced image scaling technology to render every pixel in as much clarity as possible.

Compatible with any mobile phone that sports an AV out connector - including crucially the iPhone, AIBO also works with games consoles, DVD players, MP4 players and the like.

Also fitted are a set of noise reduction earphones, for a completely personal listening experience, along with extra nose pads, iPod docking and AV cables, universal connector kit, USB charger and rechargeable battery good for an impressive eight hours from one charge.

On sale now, the AIBO retails at around $350 direct from the company site - with shipping to the UK - which likely makes this the cheapest way to get hold of a pair with current exchange rates.
