Two new Freeview twin-tuner digital TV recorders have been released by Sharp.

The TU-TV162H and TU-TV252H are Freeview+ enabled and come with one free month subscription to Top Up TV Anytime and Picture Box. The 162H sports a 160GB hard drive roomy enough for up to 80hours of recording (standard def), while the 252H house a 250GB hard drive for up to 125 hours of storage.

Both offer one-touch recording, dual recording, series recording and the ubiquitous pause and rewind of live TV thanks to the twin tuners. With a £20 connection fee, both models also offer Setanta Sports free of charge (good for footie fans) for nine months if registered before 31 December.

On sale in November in plain black or mirror effect finishes, the TU-TV162H will retail at £130 and the TU-TV252H at £150.
