Danish radio meister Tangent's anti-technology (contradiction in terms?) DUO FM radio shrugs the modern DAB mantle and keeps it old school with just the traditional FM and AM frequencies.

Tangent does promise that the DUO delivers the highest quality sonics with a five-watt amplifier, hi-fi quality three-inch speaker and heavyweight, furniture grade wooden cabinet.

Also endowed with auxiliary input, headphone, subwoofer and record out, the styling remains the most striking aspect of the DUO, with its giant retro dial and clock face.

Available in flame high-gloss red, matt white, black ash, walnut and Scandinavian oak veneer, the DUO FM costs £130 now.
